Meet Romelda Williams

Romelda Williams joined EXIT Realty Mountain View this last July and brings her positive energy and relentless drive to the EXIT Realty Mountain View brokerage.

My top priority is to find the best solutions for my clients, whether it’s for personal dilemmas or helping them find their dream home!”

Romelda specializes in helping buyers, sellers, and investors in residential real estate in the greater Colorado Springs area including Security-Widefield and Fountain.  “As a Colorado Springs resident for over 20 years, I am extremely familiar with the area. I am familiar with local community events, historical landmarks, parks and recreational facilities, as well as the best places to dine and unwind!” 

Prior to starting a career in real estate, Romelda was in the customer service industry for several years. She spent eight years as an in-home caregiver, serving an elderly client. In 2017, Romelda completed a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Romelda is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors. Having access to the Pikes Peak Multiple Listing Service, public records, lead generation systems and many other services and tools to better serve her clients. With a background and experience in sales, education, and customer service, Romelda utilizes her knowledge, skills, and personal experience to help clients with their real estate needs.

Romelda is a family-oriented mother of three children.  She enjoys spending time with my family outdoors in nature. Other interests include art, music, reading, traveling and exploring, and giving back to others.
