I can't say enough about the job Brandy and her team did for us. We were flying in with a tight window to find a place for my Daughter. They had several showings for us the first day and none of them felt quite right, they went back and set up more the next day and found us the perfect place in our price range. We had to fly back home and they handled everything for is including some inspection issues which Brandy was able to get 2 contractors out to give repair estimates the next day. Her connections kept this deal together. Great communication the entire time and we closed on time from Florida on a home in Colorado Springs. I am a General Contractor in Florida and have probably bought and sold close to 40 houses in my life. Brandy Brown and Carlene Bennet are as good as i have seen. Highly Recommend both of them.

I can't express enough how grateful we are for Mike's dedicated work but also being so flexible with his hours available. We both have difficult work shifts that run outside business hours but Mike was always available and quick response with any questions or concerns we had . I strongly recommend them 100%. Genuinely a good person. She did an amazing job. Found us a home that is exactly what we needed. More than we even knew! She negotiated some amazing things for us. She was kind to our kids and responsive to all our crazy questions. More than that, this place weve moved into has become so much more than a house. It's got good bones, it's got a spirit to it too, you can feel the joy tand the potential the second you step in the door. It's becomw our home. And it is where our kids will remember. It's where they're safe and happy. She had an inspector who knew everything he needed to and allowed us to ask All the questios we could dream of. We can't say everything we love about her. She just did the job the right way and always went the extra mile and then some. I would recommend her to anyone.
