Natalie Olmsted and Jennifer Mencl created TEAL Pro Team because they believe real estate professionals should be a resource for their clients who can effectively communicate, educate, and advise their clients through every step of a real estate transaction.  As such, but not surprisingly, they often work with first time home buyers who rely their expertise and guidance as they navigate through a new and unfamiliar process.  We have also discovered that last time home sellers are oftentimes faced with the new and unfamiliar process of selling properties through a conservatorship, trust, or probate.  As Certified Probate Real Estate Specialists (CPRES), our clients can once again rely on us for our expertise and guidance through this challenging time.

Natalie Olmsted of the TEAL Pro Team backed by EXIT Realty Mountain View is a real estate professional who specializes in guiding future first time homeowners through the process of becoming homeowners and advising and being a resource for last time home sellers and their families. Natalie proudly serves El Paso County, Colorado, to include, Colorado Springs, Monument, Peyton, Elbert, Falcon, Yoder, Widefield, Security, Fountain, and Manitou Springs; and Pueblo County to include, Pueblo and Pueblo West. 

 “When it comes to first time home buyers, many times, I meet them when they are “future” first time home buyers. My approach is to help a person prepare as far in advance to buying as possible, to help set them up for success by educating, planning, and goal setting. I devised a Home Buying 101 class that gives people the information they need to set themselves up for success. I have taught this class to not only adults, college students, but also high school students.” 

 Natalie is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and specializes in last time homeowners and their families. “My goal is to be a resource to find the very best solution for each situation. When a client is selling their last home, there is much more to consider than placing a sign in the ground. There are different sets of emotions to consider, other family members to include, attorneys, sometimes a will and opening probate. I have been helping clients in this very unique and specialized area of real estate since 2017. I am experienced and knowledgeable to guide my clients through dealing with the legal hassles of wills and estates and to ease the process of some of the stresses of this challenging time.” 

Natalie has earned the next level of Colorado Real Estate license obtaining her Employing Level Broker Associate License and continues to educate herself with the latest changes to the contracts, rules, and regulations taking every opportunity to increase her knowledge of this profession to better serve my clients. I have an Employing level broker associate license. 

Having lived in Colorado Springs most of her life, Natalie has grown up watching our community grow and thrive. It is here that she met her husband and where they decided to raise our three sons. “We have one son attending college in Golden, Colorado, one attending high school, and one attending elementary. Between school, extra-curricular activities, and events, my family spends many hours a week out enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather playing disc golf.” Prior to real estate, Natalie was an event coordinator for a nonprofit organization in the space industry, focusing on facilitating events and classes to teach teachers how to incorporate and teach space education in their classroom curriculum.

Jennifer Mencl

Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, Jennifer spent over 8 years working as a designer in residential architecture here in Colorado. Although not originally from here, her passion for the great outdoors (running, mountain biking, skiing and camping to name a few) brought Jennifer here upon college graduation over 14 years ago.  However, it was time spent as a residential designer where she developed a true passion for the places we call home. “I believe this previous experience gives me quite a unique perspective in assisting others with finding or selling their next home.”  

Jennifer assists buyers and sellers throughout the Pikes Peak Region, Security-Widefield is her area of expertise.  This neighborhood is located in the southeast corner of Colorado Springs, not far from the Fort Carson Army Base and has grown in population over 16% in the last year alone.
