Come prepared to use your database you already have or walk through the process of how to gather one. Know what area or what type of people you want to market your business to. Have your goals well defined and we will design your marketing to them. We will set up a farm list in CHIME and show you how to organize your data so that your system can run itself and nurture all your new leads.You will learn the importance of tagging and moving leads in or out of groups/segments and how to utilize this feature to its full potential and watch your business grow. You will also learn how to set up your own smart plans, newsletters and and lead engagement options. It is important to know what you are sending to your leads and why. Be prepared to have some ideas of topics you want to write about or inform your leads about in a newsletter or Blog.We also will show you the power of pre-set posts via Social Studio to not only nurture the leads currently in your system but also capture new leads as well. Lastly we will take the list of leads and walk through setting up Direct Mail options in the print center for hand written letters, postcards or whatever you choose. This does not need to be purchased the day of BUT we will design a few options and show you how to connect your CHIME & EXIT Technology during this process.
