ATTENTION: EXIT Realty Mountain View will NEVER request a wire from you OR provide you instructions to wire any funds to any entity. We are not the Closing/Settlement agent. Please verify wiring instructions with your attorney or title company verbally. Wire Fraud Schemes are on the rise. Every day, criminals are trying to steal money from people who are buying real estate by inserting fake wire instructions into the transaction. They will often mimic the email addresses of attorneys, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and sometimes title companies in order to fool a buyer into wiring their money to the wrong place.
